Renato Pagnan

Group Executive Chairman

Renato Pagnan is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the family holding company and holds the same position in the Group's operating companies. The eldest son of founder Romano Pagnan, he has led the family business for over fifty years, carrying on an entrepreneurial legacy founded on strategic vision, innovation, and the sharing of social and economic value in the Group's territories. A pioneer and neophyte of open-air tourism, he graduated with a degree in engineering in the late 1970s. His intuition marked a turning point in the Group's history: the conversion of part of its agricultural holdings into tourist accommodations. This pioneering decision led to the development of open-air villages, now recognized internationally as examples of excellence in the sector. Throughout his career, he has successfully addressed and guided all the major transformations affecting the Group's sectors—tourism, agribusiness, and real estate—with extraordinary vision and leadership, always maintaining an entrepreneurial style faithful to the family's core values. Today, Renato Pagnan continues to be a key figure for the Group, contributing his experience, vision, and passion to defining new strategic goals and developing projects geared toward innovation and sustainability.
