Property development
In the property sector, we develop projects that combine functionality, aesthetics and sustainability, with an integrated approach that focuses on people and places. We build and regenerate living, tourist and commercial spaces, thinking about the well-being of those who live in them today and those who will live in them tomorrow.
Each project is born with a concrete focus on architectural quality, energy efficiency, durability of materials, and harmony with the urban or natural landscape. We do not pursue quantity, but value: environmental, social and economic.
We enhance the region through initiatives that speak the language of care, beauty, and responsibility.
Our assets
Our property portfolio embodies a thoughtful approach to functional renewal, sustainable development, and the creation of lasting value.
In Costa di Rovigo, the former sugar factory, later used as a grain warehouse, was sold with a preliminary contract to an investor intending to reactivate the warehouses and the railway connection, which had been inactive for several years. The operation is expected to be completed by October 2026.
The Berignone estate (Siena): the Berignone estate, 800 hectares in the heart of the Val d'Elsa, is a property asset of historical and landscape value. Purchased by the Pagnan Group in the 1970s, it preserves the "Fattoria", an old manor house and the fulcrum of the property.
In Silea (TV) an authorisation process is underway at the Municipality for the change of intended use in the residential sector. The objective is the development of high-end residential units, in a setting with strong potential.
The Pontelagoscuro area (Ferrara) includes a former grain storage facility, currently inactive, alongside an open space where we are starting the construction of a 1 MWP ground-mounted photovoltaic plant, in line with our vision of sustainability.
In Padua, we own the entire Galleria Brancaleon building (from floor -1 to +3), which is currently fully leased, confirming the solidity of the investment.
Villa Zaguri in Limena: Villa Zaguri is a splendid sixteenth-century monumental complex located in the urban district of Altichiero (Limena), just outside Padua, and today home to Kering Eyewear Spa.
Finally, in Rome, we own a basement (-2) consisting of 37 garages and 11 motorcycle spaces.
