The Pagnan Group Academy is a recruiting program based on the belief that the Tourism Division of the Pagnan Group needs skilled and well‑trained professionals.

For this reason, we turn to the world of education, designing a training path delivered by our professionals and tailored to the company’s needs. This approach will allow us to identify, train, and integrate new talent into structured career paths.

We are proud to have launched a pilot project in partnership with the Cipriani Colombo High School in Adria.
