A five-year graduate in Civil Engineering and Architecture, qualified as both a Civil Engineer and an Architect, he represents the third generation of the Pagnan family. He began his career collaborating with various professional firms, including F&M Ingegneria, where he oversaw the design of airports, hotels, and logistics centers. In 2018, he continued his education with a Master's in BIM Management from the Polytechnic University of Milan. Subsequently, after an experience abroad between 2019 and 2020 at Foster+Partners in London, he began his entrepreneurial career, focusing primarily on green timber construction (XLAM). His completed projects range from single-family homes to multi-family buildings, including condominiums, constructed entirely with a load-bearing timber structure. In 2022, he also launched his own company that provides housing for seasonal employees of several companies operating at Venice Marco Polo Airport.
