A law graduate and a member of the Padua Bar Association since 2000, Leonardo represents the third generation of the Pagnan family and sits on the Board of Directors of various Group companies. After six years of significant experience at the Pavia Ansaldo law firm, Leonardo specialized in Sports Law, collaborating with some of the most important international football and rugby clubs and assuming a leadership role in the sector, handling all aspects of professional sports activity as a manager of professional athletes. In this field, he has handled, among other things, contract negotiation, transfer management, image management and marketing, strategic consulting, and legal and tax assistance.
