During her university studies, she gained experience at the Veneto Region offices in Brussels, helping draft projects for European Commission calls for proposals for SMEs. She has over twenty years of experience in corporate, tax, and accounting consulting, focusing on innovation, with a particular interest in sustainable business development and the green economy. She has assisted and collaborated with the Pagnan Group since 2001, continuing her father's business and ensuring continuity and professional expertise. Over the years, she has developed strong expertise in the tourism, hospitality, agriculture, and real estate sectors, specializing in finance and management control.
